The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Koryo Hand Therapy (KHT) on the depression, insomnia, and vagina dry in postmenopausal women. The research design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest. Data was collected from October 18. 2006 to December 25. 2006. The participants were 44 : 23 people of experimental group and 21 people of control group. KHT was applied three times a week, for a total of 8 weeks to the experimental group.The degree of depression (U=119.000, p=0.004), insomnia (U=18.000, p= 0.000), and vagina dry (U=139.000, p=0.014) was statistically significant difference on the two groups.KHT is a useful intervention for regulating menopausal symptoms experienced by postmenopausal women.
