The purpose of this research was to analyze the health promotion behavior of shifting nurses' and its effects on their health conditions. The survey was performed for 357 nurses who worked in general hospital during July 2006. The results for behavior of health promotion and health conditions were as follow; Better health conditions of shifting nurses' on the aspects of physical status, the younger age, a fewer night duties in a month, more regular menstruation cycles and married rather than un-married, they were in better health conditions(p<0.05). In conclusion, in spite of shift works, the efforts for health promotions improved health conditions. It is necessary to set up the systems for minimizing obstacles of health promotions..
This study aimed to analyze the occurrence of colon polyps and also risk factors of colon polyps.Among health examination examinees, 508 peoplewere included who underwent colonoscopy and abdominal ultrasonography at the same time. Physical measurements also performed such as height, weight, blood pressure, waist measurement and BMI. General characteristics including age, sex, smoking, drinking and exercise as a risk factors were checked. At the same time, we analyzed various blood tests and fasting blood sugar through blood-gathering. In the results, regarding risk factors of colon polyps, AST, ALT, TC, fatty liver, obesity and smoking were shown significantly high. As a dependent variable with colon polyps, the highest relation was fatty liver(3.4 times), and then T-C(2.3 times). Smoking factor showed 2.3 times higher relation than non-smokers.

The purpose of this study was to find the difference in gait patterns when elderly and young people walk by analyzing COP, Gait Line, Foot pressure pattern, and ensuring the original biomechanics technology of developing high performance footwear for the elderly.The subjects who took part in the test consist of 20 elderly people and 20 young people. The physical features of the elderly people that were recruited for the study are as below: 20 healthy male subjects(elderly people) with an average age of 75.43 yrs(S.D 6.46 yrs), weight of 68.10 kg(S.D 0.94 kg) and a height of 168.65 cm(S.D 1.47 cm). Foot pressure pattern data was collected using a EMED-AT system(Novel Gmbh, Germany) operating at the 50 Hz during walking. The results are as follow : COP route of the elderly leans to lateral compared to the young, and Gait Line from heel to toe is not clear and laterally curved. At the same time, a contact are aonthe midfoot is high compared to the young, and maximum force of the forefoot is low. As a result of analysis, in order to develop high performance footwear for the elderly, it is necessary to develop lasts and soles reflecting the elderly's gait patterns.
Pseudo-label-based semi-supervised learning (SSL) algorithms trained on a class-imbalanced set face two cascading challenges: 1) Classifiers tend to be biased towards majority classes, and 2) Biased pseudo-labels are used for training. It is difficult to appropriately re-balance the classifiers in SSL because the class distribution of an unlabeled set is often unknown and could be mismatched with that of a labeled set. We propose a novel class-imbalanced SSL algorithm called class-distribution-mismatch-aware debiasing (CDMAD). For each iteration of training, CDMAD first assesses the classifier's biased degree towards each class by calculating the logits on an image without any patterns (e.g., solid color image), which can be considered irrelevant to the training set. CDMAD then refines biased pseudolabels of the base SSL algorithm by ensuring the classifier's neutrality. CDMAD uses these refined pseudo-labels during the training of the base SSL algorithm to improve the quality of the representations. In the test phase, CDMAD similarly refines biased class predictions on test samples. CDMAD can be seen as an extension of post-hoc logit adjustment to address a challenge of incorporating the unknown class distribution of the unlabeled set for re-balancing the biased classifier under class distribution mismatch. CDMAD ensures Fisher consistency for the balanced error. Extensive experiments verify the effectiveness of CDMAD.
