The solar array regulator supplies the electric power to the battery and the other units of a satellite by controlling the operating point of a solar array. In this paper, the solar array regulator composed with analog circuits is proposed. The solar array regulator has three modes. The first is a maximum power point tracking mode for harvesting the maximum photovoltaic power generation. The second is a power limitation mode which is designed for optimizing the volume and weight of the solar array regulator by preventing the excessive power conversion. The last constant voltage mode is proposed to keep the Li-Ion battery is not over-charge. The small signal model of the solar array regulator which has the reversed input and output variables in comparison with conventional converter is established and the stability is analysed. Finally, the proposed design of the solar array regulator is verified by experiments.
-The study analyzed problems by iron core structure of the three phased transformer on asymmetric three phase lines, which included line disconnections, ground faults, COS OFF, and unbalanced loads on the power distribution system. In particular, by analyzing PT combustion cases within the MOF, the study was able to analyze the combustion cause of the core-type transformer and its effect on the system, conduct simulations and practice demonstrations on the characteristics for each iron core structure of the three phase transformer using PSCAD/EMTDC, and suggest measures to prevent the combustion of the core-type transformer.
-This paper propose seamless transfer operation between grid-connected and stand-alone mode in the three-phase inverter for microgrid. The inverter operates grid-connected mode and stand-alone mode. Grid-connected mode is the inverter connected to grid and stand-alone mode is to deliver energy to the load from inverter at grid fault. When conversion from gird-connected to stand-alone mode, the inverter changes current control to voltage control. When grid restored, the inverter system is conversion from stand-alone to grid-connected mode. In this case, load phase and grid phase are different. Therefore, synchronization is essential. Thus Seamless transfer operation stand-alone to grid-connected mode. In this paper, propose sealmless transfer operation between grid-connceted and stand-alome mode, and this method is verified through simulation and experiment.

In this paper as a method for extracting pre-defect of failure of GIS Apply the average value method of calculating the 5 times each using a pulse of the first time of the second pulse (△t) with an oscilloscope generation position PD(Partial Discharge). the results of GIS internal inspection, the partial discharge of the actual the position of the partial discharge was confirmed with an accuracy of about 82% of positions. -In this paper, design and control of an interleaved boost converter for multi-string PV Inverter are discussed. Interleaved Boost converter can reduce current ripples at input and output side by cancelling an each phase of inductor currents. Therefore, it contributes to increase efficiency and downsize the whole system volume, cost. One of the advantages of the multi-string system is easy to expand power capacity by connecting the converter modules in parallel. In order to reduce current ripples, the inductor currents on each phase are controlled independently in the converter module, and communication between the converter modules is required for further ripple current reduction. Current control algorithm for the balance of the each phase ripple currents and synchronization of the converter modules based on communication are proposed and implemented in the DSP programming. 10kW prototype of the multi-string converter module is assembled and experimental results are presented to verify the proposed ripple current reduction methods.
