Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of preserved human amniotic membrane transplantation for reconstruction of the corneal surface diseases.Methods: Preserved human amniotic membrane transplantations were performed in 84 eyes of 78 patients for corneal surface reconstruction.
