17.3: 3D Display using Active Liquid Crystal Parallax Barrier with Supersonic Position Detector

Abstract: We fabricated a 3D panel by combining an OLED display and a liquid crystal parallax barrier including a driver using a crystalline oxide semiconductor in a backplane. The combination with a supersonic sensor for detecting the positions of the user and the panel can correct the position of the barrier.
