59 Histone Deacetylase 1 Knock-Down in Bovine Fibroblast Cells and Cloned Embryos

Abstract: Histone deacetylase 1 (HDAC1) is one of the most conserved enzymes present in the nuclei of cells. It was thought to be the most important enzyme in the regulation of histone deacetylation process. However, the function of HDAC1 in bovine fibroblast cells and nuclear transfer embryos is not clear.
