60. Chronische Pankreatitis ? Chirurgische Therapie durch Drainageverfahren

Abstract: The development of drainage techniques in surgery of chronic pancreatitis are reported, those from short to the now used long-distance anastomoses. To remove incarcerated stones of the prepapillary region the author proposes to perform additional transduodenal papilla-sphincterotomy into the duct of wirsung.
