Abstract: The production of various proteolytic enzymes by tumor cells facilitate the invasion of solid tumors into surrounding tissues. We examined three cell lines (M1Dor, M4Be and M3Da) derived from malignant melanoma which exhibited different abilities to grow in nude mice following subcutaneous grafting.
