Synthesis and antifungal activity of some carbamate-containing azaheterocycles

“…The purity of the compounds was monitored by TLC on Silufol UV-254 plates using CHCl 3 :Et 2 O (1:1) with detection by iodine vapor. The syntheses of carbamate derivatives of 1,2-oxazine (Ia, -b), sodium salts of tautomeric 5,6-alkoxycarboxamido derivatives of 2-R-1-hydroxybenzimidazole-3-oxide (IIa, -b), isoxazoline (IIIa, -b), isoxazole (IVa, -b), and indole (VI) and their physicochemical constants have been published [1,3,7]. Elemental analyses of the compounds (Va -c, VII -IX) agreed with the empirical formulas.…”
