A Bis-Stabilized Interface Strategy for Low-k Benzocyclobutene-Based Hollow Silica Nanocomposites

Abstract: A bis-stabilized interface strategy has been proposed to prepare high-performance low-dielectric (low-k) benzocyclobutene (BCB)-based nanocomposites by a rational-designed and facile-synthesized difunctional silane modifier.
