A Case of Circumorificialis Plasmocytosis of Gingiva

Abstract: :Plasmacytosis circumorificialis (PC) , a benign inflammatory mucosal disease rarely found around orifices of the body, is histologically characterized by dense plasma cell infiltration. A 56-year-old woman presented with bandlike redness of the anterior mandibular gingiva with superficial pain. Histopathologically, inflammatory cell infiltration including mainly plasma cells was observed.
