A Case of Reduced Port Surgery for a Traumatic Abdominal Wall Hernia

Abstract: A 51-year-old man injured in a motor vehicle collision arrived at our hospital by ambulance. Multiple fractures, a splenic injury, and right flank abdominal wall hernia were detected. The fractures were treated by the orthopedics department, while the splenic injury was treated conservatively.
