Abstract:Recently, in the intensive care of acquired coagulopathies in children and newborns, synthetic coagulation factors have occupied an important place, with recombinant VII activated coagulation factor (rFVIIa) being used more often. It initiates hemostasis at the site of vascular damage, forms a complex with tissue factor, and ensures maximum platelet activation.
