Medical treatment in emergency situations and in conditions of crisis (fire, earthquake, debacle, war e.t.c.) differs from regular cases in terms of infrastructure availability, organization and time response. Typical ERP systems existing in the hospitals cannot be used, while the communication networks in which they are based are either unreachable, destroyed or out of use. Towards this direction, a small ERP is designed, based exclusively in ad hoc network infrastructure through smart phones. The platform can record requests for patients that need help and organize the further actions of nurses and doctors, together with the supply of medicines. Experimental results through a prototype and simulation show that traffic load is acceptable, while the processing overhead of information on the devices is small.
