A Comparative Study between Endoscopic Septoplasty and Conventional Septoplasty

Abstract: Background: Conventional nasal septal surgery depending on head light improves the nasal airway but leaves some complications, but with recent advancement in endoscopic approach limits the complication and improves the outcome.
