“…In the present paper, we describe a modification of the technique of Brown et al (1977). We used a mouse osteosarcoma (Kalenak and Rogers, 1972) model in order to develop optimum conditions for the performance of the test. These modifications greatly simplify the assay, so that multiple serum samples can be tested simultaneously.…”
