Abstract: Resumo:Compreendendo o exercício da gestão escolar como uma atividade complexa, marcada por contradições que desafiam o gestor a rever permanentemente sua profissionalidade, o presente estudo objetiva investigar como o gestor escolar constrói os conhecimentos necessários ao exercício de sua função.
