The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of renewable energy transition variables and economic viability in the Indonesian employment industry on the balance of business sustainability through social and environmental development as an intervening variable. The subjects of this study are small, medium, and large industry owners in Indonesia, totaling 5,993,566 business units. The variables in this study are independent variables, namely the variables of renewable energy transition and economic viability in the Indonesian labor industry, while the dependent variable is the balance of business sustainability, and the intervening variable is the variable of social and environmental considerations. The results of the data analysis are made through SEM analysis through SMART PLS 4.0 software. From the results of existing research, it is concluded that partially renewable energy transition variables and viability variables in the Indonesian labor industry have a direct effect on the balance of business sustainability and social and environmental consideration variables. Simultaneously, the renewable energy transition variable and the viability variable in the Indonesian labor industry indirectly affect the business sustainability balance variable through social and environmental considerations as intervening variables. With the renewable energy transition process, it will have an impact on people's good social lives because there is no threat of environmental damage or natural disasters, so the environment is safe, the industry creates a technology transfer process, and it increases economic viability in the labor industry in Indonesia in order to create quality human resources. With this transition process, trained human resources are needed and are also able to adapt well to the transition process and technology transfer in order to balance the sustainability of industrial businesses.

The users of electric motorcycle in Indonesia are currently still limited. This is due to three main things, namely the limited amount of energy charging infrastructure, the lack of socialization regarding the knowledge of technical aspects of electric motorcycle and the financing aspects of electric motorcycle ownership. This research develops a conceptual design business model canvas of Mobile Battery Swap Charging Stations (MBSCS) for electric motorcycles which aim to find solutions to the three problems above. The development of the MBSCS model is an alternative to increase the number of electric charging infrastructure quickly, because the advantages of MBSCS include having a higher level of flexibility and simpler installation than Fixed Charging Stations. This research combines the need of increasing infrastructure and improving socialization to the community regarding the advantages of using electric motorcycle through marketing communication media. Increasing the understanding of technical aspects of electric motorcycle is expected to increase people's motivation to adopt electric motorcycle. This research uses secondary data to explore MBSCS business canvas model (BMC), MBSCS ecosystem, and MBSCS prototype design. The analysis illustrates the MBSCS ecosystem that align with the motorcycle users in Indonesia. The existence of MBSCS is expected to significantly increase the buying interest, adoption, and diffusion of electric motors more broadly.

Short-term and long-term energy needs and consumption in the provision and use of sustainable energy nationally, require strategic directions and steps to achieve. The strategic directions and steps are contained in the National Energy Policy (KEN) which has been stipulated in PP. 79 of 2014 concerning KEN. KEN is an implementation of the mandate of Law no. 30 of 2007 concerning Energy. Apart from being used as primary energy for power generation, NRE is also being developed as energy that is used directly by the user sector. At this time the type of EBT that is most widely used by users is PLTS, in addition to its simple construction and heat sources can be obtained anywhere, this is also the government's recommendation to achieve the PLTS development target. In fact, until now, consumers are still very less willing to use PLTS in meeting their electrical energy needs, this is due to several problems, including the high cost of PLTS construction, besides that the material costs are also relatively expensive. In this study, an overview of the calculation of how much cost can be saved or saved if the energy source used is a Hybrid between PLN and PLTS 500 Wp which is used alternately in supplying the electrical load of a simple house. with specifications of 2 solar panels of 250 wp each, 2 batteries of 100 Ah each, 130 solar panel control and 1300 watt inverter. The cost of electricity charges paid monthly before using PLTS Roof ranges from 300 to 400 thousand rupiah, After using PLTS Roof, the monthly electricity costs are 200 to 300 thousand rupiah, the average monthly savings is 100 thousand rupiah, if you take into account the investment costs will return in 1 year, the average material life of PLTS is around 20 years. The cost savings in electricity costs are around Rp. 22.800.000,- in 20 years. Economically, this value is still very small, but it has succeeded in saving electricity costs per month, and increasing the use of Renewable Energy
