A joint resource allocation method for multiple targets tracking in distributed MIMO radar systems

Abstract: In order to simultaneously improve system performance and resource utilization of distributed multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar systems, a joint resource allocation method is proposed to address the velocity estimation problem for multiple targets tracking in this paper.
