Abstract

À la recherche d’une organisation maniaco-dépressive au TAT. Ce travail se propose d’illustrer les manifestations de l’organisation maniaco-dépressive au TAT chez huit sujets. Pour ce faire, les auteurs ont répertorié toutes les particularités du discours portant sur l’affect. Les maniaco-dépressifs sont préoccupés par l’affect et son intensité et tiennent des propos fortement imprégnés par une forme particulière de symbiose ; ils recherchent sans cesse la continuité des choses et des êtres dans un fantasme « d’union totale », semblable à la notion de syntonie décrite par Bleuler.
