After oral administration of DZXW (25 g/kg), RG (7.5 g/kg), PC (7.5 g/kg), and RP (5 g/kg) to rats, approximately 0.25 mL of blood samples were transferred into heparinised tubes from the suborbital vein with time nodes of 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24, 36, and 72 h. The dosages of TCM were set on the basis of its clinical applications (four times) 4,19 . The obtained plasma samples were centrifugated at 5000 rpm for 10 min after reaching equilibrium at room temperature for half an hour and then preserved at −20°C.…”
