A microfluidic alternating-pull–push active digitization method for sample-loss-free digital PCR

Abstract: A robust microfluidic alternating-pull–push active digitization method based on pneumatic valve actuation enables reproducible and highly efficient digitization of small-volume samples for dPCR.
