A model for management of workload of academic staff at a developing university

Abstract: Academic workload models provide framework for ensuring that academic workloads are distributed equitably and transparently. The models are also useful tools for managing capacity optimization and planning. The work of academics could be perceived as complex, individually distinctive and multidimensional.
