A Monitoring and Evaluation Plan for Alcoholism Programs

Abstract: In 1972 a study was undertaken to evaluate the quality of services being delivered to a population of alcohol abusers. This study focused primarily on the system of health care rather than the outcome of treatment modalities. The results of this study indicated a great deficit in the health care delivery system and therefore a system was devised to hetp correct this identified deficit.
