In order to solve the problems of high consumption cost and long transportation and distribution cycle of cross-border logistics, a control optimization design method of radio frequency identification technology in the express logistics distribution system of the Internet of Things is proposed. The details of the method are RFID positioning technology, laser ranging technology, RFID and laser fusion positioning feasibility analysis, and moving target state estimation. The experimental results show that when the phase shift threshold φ and the included angle of the antenna are 90°, the error can be reduced to 0.36 m, and the recognition rate can be increased to 94.8%. The simulation results show that, on the premise of meeting the customer’s expectation of timeliness, the actual logistics distribution cost is significantly lower than the customer’s expected logistics distribution cost, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The present work expects to meet the personalized needs of the continuous development of various products and improve the joint operation of the intraenterprise Production and Distribution (P-D) process. Specifically, this paper studies the enterprise’s P-D optimization. Firstly, the P-D linkage operation is analyzed under dynamic interference. Secondly, following a literature review on the difficulties and problems existing in the current P-D logistics linkage, the P-D logistics linkage-oriented decision-making information architecture is established based on Digital Twins. Digital Twins technology is mainly used to accurately map the P-D logistics linkage process’s real-time data and dynamic virtual simulation. In addition, the information support foundation is constructed for P-D logistics linkage decision-making and collaborative operation. Thirdly, a Digital Twins-enabled P-D logistics linkage-oriented decision-making mechanism is designed and verified under the dynamic interference in the linkage process. Meanwhile, the lightweight deep learning algorithm is used to optimize the proposed P-D logistics linkage-oriented decision-making model, namely, the Collaborative Optimization (CO) method. Finally, the proposed P-D logistics linkage-oriented decision-making model is applied to a domestic Enterprise H. It is simulated by the Matlab platform using sensitivity analysis. The results show that the production, storage, distribution, punishment, and total costs of linkage operation are 24,943 RMB, 3,393 RMB, 2,167 RMB, 0 RMB, and 30,503 RMB, respectively. The results are 3.7% lower than the nonlinkage operation. The results of sensitivity analysis provide a high reference value for the scientific management of enterprises.

Solution to Solid Wood Board Cutting Stock Problem

In the production process for wooden furniture, the raw material costs account for more than 50% of furniture costs, and the utilization rate of raw materials depends mainly on the layout scheme. Therefore, a reasonable layout is an important measure to reduce furniture costs. This paper investigates the solid wood board cutting stock problem (CSP) and establishes an optimization model, with the goal of the highest possible utilization rate for original boards. An ant colony-immune genetic algorithm (ACIGA) is designed to solve this model. The solutions of the ant colony algorithm are used as the initial population of the immune genetic algorithm, and the optimal solution is obtained using the immune genetic algorithm after multiple iterations are transformed into the accumulation of global pheromones, which improves the search ability and ensures the solution quality. The layout process of the solid wood board is abstracted into the construction process of the solution. At the same time, in order to prevent premature convergence, several improved methods, such as a global pheromone hybrid update and adaptive crossover probability, are proposed. Comparative experiments are designed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the ACIGA, and the experimental results show that the ACIGA has better solution precision and global search ability compared with the ant colony algorithm (ACA), genetic algorithm (GA), grey wolf optimizer (GWO), and polar bear optimization (PBO). The utilization rate increased by more than 2.308%, which provides effective theoretical and methodological support for furniture enterprises to improve economic benefits.
