Proton signals at d 3.67 (overlapped, H-6 0 ) and 3.95 (1H, dd, J = 11.5, 1.5, H-6 0 ) of the 3,4,6-substituted glucose moiety were shifted downfield relative to those of connandoroside B [16,28] and correlated with the C-1 000 anomeric carbon signal at d 104.7 in the HMBC spectrum.
