A New Method Based on PROMETHEE and TODIM for Multi-Attribute Decision-Making with Single-Valued Neutrosophic Sets

Abstract: Single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) can effectively describe the multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problems which are characterized by incompleteness and uncertainty.
