A new method of encryption wireless energy transmission for EV in the smart grid

Abstract: Wireless charging has played a crucial role in electric vehicle charging market presently. As electric vehicles will be important nodes access to the smart grid in the future, the security flow of energy and information between wireless charging infrastructure and the smart grid will directly affect the security of the smart grid. A novel secure wireless transfer method for energy and information transfer simultaneously has been represented in this paper by designing a reasonable dual-band coil for simultaneou… Show more

“…In the last decade, several cryptographic protocols including digital signature [11], encryption [12,13], data aggregation [14,15], secure data storage [16][17][18], and authentication schemes [9,19] have been proposed as solutions to secure the smart grid by academia and industry [20]. The authentication scheme is the first line of defense to protect data security and enforce privacy protection for smart grids, and it is an important requirement in the deployment of smart grids.…”

“…Specifically, for a power-distributed train, the traction and brake force 6 of each locomotive 7 should cooperate in balance to avoid large forces, thus to ensure safe operation. Wireless control 8,9 holds great promise for salient performance of synchronization among multi-locomotives. 10 In China, haul freight trains of a 20,000 t capacity have successfully been put into practice with the help of GSM-R 11 Technical Standard and Locotrol wireless synchronous control system, which increases the annual transportation capacity to three times higher.…”
