A new species of the metriorhynchid crocodylomorph Cricosaurus from the Upper Jurassic of southern Germany

Abstract: Here we describe a new species of the metriorhynchid thalattosuchian Cricosaurus, C. bambergensis sp. nov., from the Upper Jurassic Torleite Formation of Wattendorf near Bamberg, Bavaria (southern Germany).
