A New Strategy of Lithography Based on Phase Separation of Polymer Blends

Abstract: Herein, we propose a new strategy of maskless lithographic approach to fabricate micro/nano-porous structures by phase separation of polystyrene (PS)/Polyethylene glycol (PEG) immiscible polymer blend.
