A New Value Stream Mapping Technique Based on Material Flow, Information Flow and Knowledge Flow

Abstract: Compared with the traditional value stream mapping technique which is based on the material flow and information flow, this paper combines the supply chain knowledge flow and the value stream mapping technique to come up with a new value stream mapping model which is based on the material flow, information flow and knowledge flow.
