Abstract: BackgroundThe purpose of the current study was to examine the effect of a non-invasive, home-based biomechanical treatment program for patients with spontaneous osteonecrosis of the knee (SONK).MethodsSeventeen patients with SONK, confirmed by MRI, participated in this retrospective analysis.
