Wider gamut visual effects, Lower display power consumption, making AMOLED display technology popular among consumers. Based on its display and material characteristics, Mainstream high‐end display devices use AMOLED screens typically. Major screen manufacturers are also continuously making efforts in this technology domain. However, due to the degradation characteristics of OLED devices, the display panel has a shorter display lifetime. This article proposes a novel method for detecting the degradation degree of AMOLED devices, which helps to improve the accuracy of aging compensation, to achieve better display effects, and extend the service lifetime of the screen body. It can provide a training of thought in AMOLED aging compensation technology.
