A Novel Energy Management System using Renewable Distribution Generation Units

Abstract: Energy management techniques such as adaptive proportional resonance and advanced droop controllers are incorporated in micro grid systems in addition to distribution generation units and grids to regulate load voltage and to distribute power efficiently in the distributed generation units. A predictive control algorithm is implemented to enable computational time efficiency for complex operations by solving steady state and transient control problems.

“…Huge numbers of papers have been published recently on intelligent controllers such as Artificial Neural Network (ANN) controller, evolutionary algorithms-based controller and fuzzy control [7]. In order to attain the higher power from wind energy, several control methods have been developed here [8,9], such as fuzzy logic control, integrator back stepping, feedback linearization method, neural networks and control of sliding mode. The disadvantages of these methods are that they require the comprehension of the optimal power characteristic and wind measurement.…”

“…[16][17][18][19] The time period, one gets affected by noise goes in hand with disturbing level. [20,21] The adverse noise effects are being noted, in fact, very few steps are put into practice in order to lower the noise level, especially in India. It should be marked that efforts in objectively determining the subjective feedback to noise must rank high.…”
