A novel spherical-headed fascial dilator is feasible for second-stage ultrasound guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy: A pilot study

Abstract: Objective In second-stage percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), because the hydronephrosis has been decompressed, the dilated renal pelvis has resolved and the space is small.
