Abstract: Complex chromosomal rearrangements (CCRs) have been described as alterations between two or more chromosomes with at least 3 breakpoints. CCRs can cause copy number variations (CNVs) resulting in developmental disorders, multiple congenital anomalies, and recurrent miscarriages.
