However, departmentally we have used the PDSA cycle to improve the use of standardized communication, antenatal steroid administration, oxytocin administration (Doyle, Kenny, Burkett, & von Gruenigen, 2011), and elective induction quality (Doyle, Kenny, von Gruenigen, Butz, & Burkett, 2012).
