Background: Urinary incontinence (UI) affects 200 million people worldwide, leading to several deleterious effects on women's social, economic and psychological life, as well as their non-use of physical activity. Aims: To analyze the prevalence of UI in female CrossFit® practitioners. Method: Cross-sectional, quantitative, descriptive and observational study, with a quantitative approach, carried out in a Crossfit® gym, with 46 women. An evaluation was carried out with a sociodemographic questionnaire, obstetric history and history of the activity practiced, in addition to the ICIQ-SF, specific to assess UI. Results: The mean age was 29 ± 8.14 years, the longest time practicing the modality was more than one year, with 63.04% of the sample, 76.1% continent during practice and 23.9% incontinent , the impact on quality of life was 2.0 ± 3.0 points, classified as mild. Conclusion: Urinary incontinence was prevalent during the practice of the Crossfit® modality, but not significant for the sample size studied.
