У дослідженні розглянуто проблеми виникнення несправностей у кар’єрних автомобілях. За допомогою проведених досліджень було встановлено, що вартість ремонту зростає зі збільшенням терміну експлуатації самоскида. Ця вартість визначається вартістю ремонту на початку експлуатації та швидкістю зростання витрат на технічне обслуговування та ремонт зі збільшенням пробігу транспорту. Практичний досвід показує, що зношення важких самоскидів під час експлуатації варіюється у різних кар’єрах і залежить від факторів, таких як видобуток корисних копалин (глибина кар’єру, насипна щільність, абразивність гірських порід та інші) та дорожньо-кліматичні умови експлуатації. Відповідно, частота виникнення поломок у деталей самоскида буде значно відрізнятися, що призводить до різної частоти проведення обслуговування. Складніша конструкція самоскида призводить до більшої кількості поломок протягом певного періоду. З іншого боку, надійність самоскида залежить від довжини транспортування та середнього ухилу дороги для перевезення гірської маси. У публікації наведено дані, отримані для Омелянівського кар’єру.

The publication examines the impact of seismic waves from the mass detonation of the gravel section of the quarry on solid areas suitable for extracting dimension stone in the conditions of the Leznikivsky quarry (Ukraine). Seismic measurements in the quarry were analyzed. Based on the obtained data, seismic-safe zones for mass detonations of gravel sections were identified, and the maximum allowable charges of explosive materials in a single borehole were calculated.
