A Prospective Study of Treatment Outcome in Alcohol Depen Dence Syndrome at Rims Hospital , Imphal

Abstract: A naturalistic, uncontrolled follow-up study was carried out in 70 male alcohol dependent patients, in the Department of Psychiatry, RIMS, Imphal from May, 2005 to October, 2006. The author is aiming to evaluate the efficacy of TOPIRAMATE as anti-craving agent and also evaluate the treatment outcome at the end of one year.
