A Randomized Pilot Study of Naturopathic Medicine in Multiple Sclerosis

Abstract: Background: Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) use is high in people with multiple sclerosis (MS), yet there are limited reports on safety and effectiveness of CAM in MS.
