A Rare Case of Carcinoma of Ovary with Carcinoma of Cervix

Abstract: Abstract:Synchronous malignancies of cervix and ovary are rare with poor prognosis and are found in the literature only as case reports. The optimal management remains poorly defined. We present a case of carcinoma ovary with carcinoma cervix that was treated with Wertheim's hysterectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection and omentectomy. Her postoperative period was uneventful. A successful outcome was obtained and patient could go back to her normal life and work.
