A rare case of nontraumatic bilateral carotid cavernous fistula Barrow type D – A case report

Abstract: Carotid cavernous fistula (CCF) is an abnormal communication between the cavernous sinus and the normal carotid arterial system. We are presenting a very rare case of spontaneous nontraumatic bilateral Barrow type D CCF. A 41-year-old patient presented to our tertiary eye care center with a history of long-standing bilateral congested eyes.
