A Rare Case of Vaginal Leiomyoma Diagnosed Postoperatively

Abstract: Vaginal fibroids are very rare tumor of vagina and it is difficult to rule out its origin as a primary vaginal or its connection with cervix or uterus preoperatively. We are presenting a case of vaginal fibroid diagnosed postoperatively.
