A RC model for multiwalled carbon nanotubes as interconnects

Abstract: In current researches, various equivalent circuit models have been demonstrated to study the performance of multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). However, most of these models are very complex and predominately use SPICE/HSPICE simulations resulting in high computational time. This paper presents a compact RC model for MWCNT interconnects by different analysis of resistance in RC model.
