A Research On Identifying The Relation Between Organizational Trust And Cyberloafing Behaviours

Abstract: Bu araştırmanın amacı sanal kaytarma davranışı ile örgütsel güven arasındaki ilişkiyi açığa çıkarmaktır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmek için "Sanal Kaytarma" ve "Örgütsel Güven" ölçekleri, Balıkesir'in Bandırma İlçe Belediyesinde görevli 103 personele uygulanmıştır.
