A retrospective study of DRESS – drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms

Abstract: DRESS diagnosis should be taken into consideration especially in patients treated eith antiepileptic drugs. Early diagnosis and drug discontinuation can contribute to preventing serious complications of DRESS.
