A review of diversity management in Nigeria: Organizational and national perspective

Abstract: This study analyses Nigeria from a socio-cultural, economic and political construct, and evaluates the concept of diversity from an organisational and national perspective to help enhance the practice of diversity management in Nigeria perspective.
