A Review of Kudzu’s Use and Characteristics as Potential Feedstock

Abstract: This review assesses the potential use of kudzu (Pueraria montana var. lobata) as a feedstock for livestock. Kudzu in the United States is a recognized invasive plant species that has continued to cause problems for the environment and land owners.
