A Review on Karmukta of Ayurvedic Drugs Used for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (Pcos)

Abstract: Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a common gynaecological disorder characterized by hypergonadotropism, hirsutism, obesity, oligomenorrhea and commonly associated with infertility. According to Ayurveda PCOS can correlate with several conditions described in Ayurveda i.e. Granthi. Arttavakshayam, Nashtaarttavam, Pushpagni Jataharini and Raktagulamam.
